GE、執行力、成長力、人材、でも一番は「徳」

A few weeks ago, Jeffrey R. Immelt, the chairman and chief executive officer of the world's most valuable and most admired company, stood before General Electric's 200 corporate officers and said it would take four things to keep the company on top.
