ロシア人ジャーナリストがまた殺される

MAKHACHKALA, March 21 (Itar-Tass) -- Director of the Dagestan State TV and Radio Broadcasting Company Gaji Abashilov, 58, was killed in Makhachkala on Friday, a city police source told Itar-Tass. The incident occurred near the Tashkent shopping mall at about 7:45 p.m. Moscow time. Abashilov and his driver were inside a Hyundai Sonata. The assailants opened submachine gunfire and escaped. Abashilov died instantly. His driver was taken to hospital. A forensic team is working on the crime scene.

　ダゲスタン共和国の首都マハチカラのショッピング・モールで地元の放送局のジャーナリスト（Gaji Abashilov）がサブマシンガンで撃ち殺される。犯罪問題の取材をしていたらしい。ロシアでは取材は命懸け。アンナ・ポリトコフスカヤといい、これだけジャーナリストが暗殺されている国もないだろう。
